n indulgent evening of outstanding wine and cheese, presented by team VG in collaboration with ex-chef, turned cheesemaker, turned cheesemonger, Nic Walker. You won’t need your WSET diploma or to have taken a course in Affinage for this evening to be up your street. You will, however, require an appetite and a thirst. You certainly won’t leave with a qualification, but you will learn a bit, laugh a lot and enjoy immensely.
We’ll taste six unique artisan cheeses from Britain & Europe, picked in accordance to the season. Naturally we’ll open some delicious bottles to compliment each cheese stylistically and culturally.
