Join Ev of team VG for a late-morning tasting featuring four cracking Champagnes matched with the most incredible pastries from our pals at Wooster’s Bakery, arguably (and proven to be) the best bakery in town!
We’ll talk styles of Champs, producers big and small and the ever so important use of dosage. Think crisp, chalky elegance, toasty autolysis, fine mousse and yes, flaky layers that politely explode all over your Christmas jumper. Worth it.
It’s the perfect way to get a little festively tipsy before tackling your Christmas shopping, because let’s face it – everything is better with Champagne.
This event kicks off at 11am but the VG doors open from 10:30am so come hungry and we promise you’ll leave happy.
