This fantastic monthly farmers’ market showcases a truly wonderful selection of local food and drink producers.

The farmers’ market is held on the second Sunday of every month on The Traverse in the centre of Bury St Edmund’s where you will find a fabulous line up of the region’s very best local producers selling freshly baked local bread, regional honey, homemade pies and savouries, delicious cakes and fudge, Suffolk pork, venison and lamb, organic fruit and vegetables, vegan snacks, fresh and smoked fish and seafood, sauces and chutneys, craft ales, locally distilled gins and vodkas, local eggs and lots, lots more. We always have a small number of Street Food stalls, a selection of beautiful, hand made craft stalls including stunning, locally made candles and homemade goat’s milk soaps and a vast range of top quality, seasonal, locally grown, cut flowers

Everything that is sold at the market will be produced by the person who is selling and all has been produced locally.

Parking in some areas of town is free until 1pm on Sunday mornings. Dogs are very welcome at the market.

Held on the second Sunday of every month (no market in January).
