One of the key benefits we offer our BID members is access to a wide range of free training courses, both in the classroom and online. These courses are designed to meet the needs of our 450 member businesses and are based on direct feedback and known demand.
We run over eight different types of courses each year, offering around 300 training places annually. Popular topics include first aid, fire marshal training, social media and digital marketing, customer service, neurodiversity awareness, and hospitality-focused training.
Our training is popular for many reasons. It helps businesses meet legal requirements, create safe environments, and offer the best experience possible for their customers. It also supports staff development by giving team members the chance to learn new skills and grow both professionally and personally.
