Our Bury St Edmunds BID Christmas Window & Hamper Competition (worth up to £150)

1. By voting in our Christmas Window competition on www.ourburystedmunds.com website you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
2. The prize draw is being run by Our Bury St Edmunds BID.

Eligibility to enter
3. The Christmas Window Competition is open to participants of all ages. However, only individuals aged 18 and over will be eligible to win the hamper worth up to £150. Proof of age may be required to claim the prize.
4. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
5. A maximum of one vote per individual is permitted and counted.
6. The prize draw is free to enter.
7. The following are not eligible to enter; Our Bury St Edmunds BID employees and their relatives, or anyone else professionally associated with the Our Bury St Edmunds BID and Bury St Edmunds and Beyond brands.

How to be included in the prize draw
8. To be in the chance of winning the Christmas Hamper, you must be aged 18 or over and must have voted for your favourite Christmas Window display. All those that place a vote and are over 18, will automatically be entered into the prize draw. The Christmas Window & Hamper Competition ends at midnight on Sunday, 15th December 2024 and votes after that time and date will not be included in the draw.
9. Our Bury St Edmunds will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate, or if entry fails due to technology issues.
10. The prize is for one winner only, with the winner receiving a hamper filled with products from the Bury St Edmunds town centre businesses, worth up to £150 in total.
11. The winner will be drawn at random on Monday 16th December 2024, and contacted via email on the same day.
12. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
13. The competition will be promoted on Our Bury St Edmunds BID Facebook, X, Instagram and LinkedIn, and the winner will also be announced across the mentioned social channels.
14. The winner will be required to collect the prize, week commencing 16th December 2024, and no delivery is possible.
