Pass with merit in the Wine & Spirit Education Trust Award...

Naomi, general manager of The One Bull, has achieved a pass with merit in the Wine & Spirit Education Trust Level 3 Award in Wines & Spirits.

The Level 3 Advanced curriculum is both a serious and very rewarding course which digs deep into the formal understanding of wine and the regions of production.

Nick Adams, Master of Wine, said ‘Naomi showed complete commitment and consistent hard work throughout the course. I can think of no-one over the years whose success has given me, personally, more pleasure. And to cap it all – not just a pass but a pass with merit – something really special’.
