Suffolk Mind celebrates National Volunteers’ Week ...
Suffolk Mind are celebrating National Volunteers’ Week this week (Tuesday 1st June - Monday 7th June).
“Volunteers’ week gives us an opportunity to reflect and show appreciation for how much time, effort, commitment and care our volunteers give to Suffolk Mind clients and staff. Despite the challenges we have faced over the past year, volunteers have continued to help us, continued to support clients and have adapted the way they have helped. We have been touched by this level of commitment and hugely grateful to each and every one of you,” says Corrina Hanley, Volunteer Manager at Suffolk Mind.
“Regardless of the type of role, every volunteer plays an important part in helping improve the lives and health of the people of Suffolk. Whether it be helping directly with clients or supporting our projects and staff, all of your help enables us to continue supporting people. Every single volunteer helps with our mission: “to make Suffolk the best place in the world for talking about and taking care of mental health”.
Have you ever considered volunteering? Suffolk Mind currently have a number of varied roles available.
