Seasoned hosts Pop-Up Local Suppliers Event at The Apex....

Seasoned, the new catering partner at The Apex in Bury St Edmunds is hosting a Pop-Up Suppliers Day at the newly re-launched Coffee House at The Apex on Saturday 28 January. The event will run between 10am to 1pm. Entrance is free of charge with no booking required. Visitors will be able to meet the Seasoned team and some of their local suppliers and taste and even buy some of the fantastic produce, including Greene King, The Friendly Loaf, Fairfield Farm Crisps, Cirterion Ices, Heart of Suffolk Distillery, Crude Coffee, Stoke Sauces and Taste of Suffolk.

Alan Randall, operations manager of Seasoned, said "We are so lucky to have such a wonderful bounty of produce and ingredients from Bury St Edmunds and the wider area. Suffolk is synonymous with pork, fresh seafood and shellfish, not forgetting the local cheese, artisan bread, locally brewed beer and roasted coffee. Simply delicious!
