Inducted into the Songwriter’s Hall of Fame in 2016, this Nashville-based singer has released 13 solo albums and written seven No.1 hits. Her songs have been recorded by Bonnie Raitt, Willie Nelson, Bette Midler, Elton John, Neil Diamond, Roberta Flack, Waylon Jennings, Indigo Girls, and Faith Hill’s mega-hit ‘This Kiss’. At her live show, you can hear great songs and some fascinating stories.


Claire Martin with the David Newton Trio

Claire has recently been awarded 'Best Singer 2022' at the 2022 Parliamentary Jazz Awards. An established tour de force on the UK jazz scene, Claire has been awarded the OBE for her services to jazz and won the British Jazz Awards seven times. David Newton is 13 times winner of the Best Pianist in the British Jazz Awards, while Alex is one of the leading saxophonists in the UK and Europe, being instantly recognised by his dark, husky sound. Nancy Kerr, Martin Simpson, Findlay Napier, Tom Wright and Alex Hunter are a group of established folk musicians who mix their song-writing styles and musicianship in a full-on electric band, creating exciting new music and updating the classic 60s and 70s British folk/rock sound. Enjoy excellent songs, lush harmonies, scything electric guitars, gorgeous fiddle lines and rock-solid bass and drums.


Seth Lakeman

Westcountry folk singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Seth Lakeman was nominated for the Mercury Music Prize in 2005 for 'Kitty Jay'. It catapulted Lakeman into the forefront of the new British folk movement. He released his new studio album ‘Make Your Mark’ in November 2021. Written during his enforced 18 months off the road, the album features 14 powerful, brand-new songs including the first single ‘Higher We Aspire’ which was playlisted at BBC Radio 2.

Bury Bach Choir: Handel Messiah

Judy Collins

Singer of ‘Send in the Clowns’, ‘Turn! Turn! Turn! (To Everything There Is a Season)’ & ‘Both Sides Now’. In her 50-plus years in music, Judy Collins has always exhibited impeccable taste in songcraft. On her landmark 1967 album, 'Wildflowers', she curated a stunning collection, featuring originals alongside songs by not-yet household names, such as Joni Mitchell and Leonard Cohen, and adventurous selections by Jacques Brel and Francesco Landini. Her discerning palette and her literary gifts, have enabled her to evolve into a poetic, storytelling songwriter. Now, in her sixth decade as a singer and songwriter, Judy is experiencing a profound level of growth and prolific creativity.

Hugh Cornwell returns as part of a tour coinciding with his highly anticipated tenth solo album Moments of Madness. As leader of The Stranglers, Hugh was the main songwriter of all the band’s most memorable songs across ten stellar albums. After releasing his final album 10 with the band Hugh embarked on a solo career. 2022’s Moments of Madness is an album of acute, pithy and witty observations and social commentary. Set one will feature prime solo songs, with picks from 'Moments of Madness' and set two will include Stranglers' classics performed with a full live band.

Talisk have stacked up major awards for their explosively energetic, artfully woven sound - including Folk Band of the Year at the BBC Alba Scots Trad Music Awards and a BBC Radio 2 Folk Award. Known for their incredible range of styles, genres, tempos and moods, from rootsy pop, Rockabilly and show tunes to straight-forward rock and punk, Martin & his band’s live performances combine intimacy with playful humour and warm self-deprecation. Martin began his career as a busker aged 15 and developed his song-writing technique by learning a few licks from a Spanish guitar book followed by Jazz, Blues, Country, Skiffle, Reggae, etc. Eventually, this glorious collision of styles would become his trademark.
