Magna Carta Family Weekend at Bury St Edmunds Library...

This weekend, find out all about the Magna Carta and it's relationship with Bury St Edmunds at our Library.

On Saturday 19th July & Sunday 20th July, join in the festivities at Bury St Edmunds Library. Have a go at medieval calligraphy with a medieval monk or snap a photograph of a real Knight in shining armour!

With free entry to Moyse's Hall for all those who attend, the fun doesn't have to stop there. Head to the museum to discover more about our famous Abbey, and from 11am-3pm sewing volunteers will be having a go at learning medieval stitching techniques to complete the St Edmund cushion.
