Suffolk’s Student Shopping Fest returns ...

Students throughout Suffolk will once again come together and enjoy an evening of great discounts, games and live entertainment as Suffolk’s Student Shopping Fest returns to the arc shopping centre for a third year. Due to the popularity of the previous events, this year’s student shopping event will have longer hours, taking place on Thursday 29th September between 3pm and 7pm. Over 1000 students are expected to attend the event throughout the evening.

The previous two events have delighted retailers with the turnout. Many of the top retailers are once again taking part with shops such as New Look, H&M, Topshop and many more offering discounts throughout the evening.

As well as the shopping discounts, arc will host entertainment including a live DJ and climbing wall, a competition to win a £100 shopping spree and a special sweet treats bus which will be giving out free sweets to the first 100 shoppers! As well as the events in Charter Square, located inside The Apex will be students from the West Suffolk College offering free beauty treatments to tired shoppers.

Colin Roberts, arc centre manager, said, “In the past, our Student Shopping Fests have proved to be hugely popular. Each year the event creates a wonderful buzz around the centre and the evening once again be great for the students and retailers alike. We are delighted to be able to work with The Apex and host it once again, we are expecting a great turn out.”

To access these great offers, students will need to pick up an Offers Wristband from a member of Student Shopping UK Staff as they enter the centre. Students can save time on the night by Pre-Registering for an Offers Wristband here
