Iconic Coca Cola truck to visit arc Shopping Centre on Thursday 10th December 2015...

Arc shopping centre is delighted to confirm that the rumours are true and that the Coca-Cola Christmas Truck will be rolling into Bury St Edmunds on Thursday the 10th December 2015 between 12pm and 8pm.

For many the sight of the big, sparkly red truck and the words "holidays are coming" epitomise the start of Christmas. The iconic truck, which first appeared on TV screens 20 years ago, will be touring the UK and stopping at 46 locations up and down the country. The Coca-Cola Christmas truck tour gives fans the opportunity to get up close and personal with the famous vehicle. On each stop, people have the chance to take pictures with the truck as it lights up and experience a snowy winter wonderland setting while enjoying a choice of Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Coke Zero or Coke Life.

Centre manager of arc shopping centre, Colin Roberts, said; “The Coca-Cola truck is embarking on a UK tour calling at 46 places around the UK, it’s fantastic to be included as one of these stops. There has been a lot of work in the background from a lot of people to make this happen and we’ve wanted to get the truck here for a number of years. We are of course delighted that we will have such an iconic Christmas event in arc, now we just need to work out where to park it!! ”

Bobby Brittain, marketing director for Coca-Cola Great Britain added: “We’re delighted to be marking 20 years of ‘Holidays are Coming’ on UK screens and take the Coca-Cola Christmas truck on tour. We’re looking forward to being able to give a little happiness to as many people across the country as possible.”
