L'Occitane Launch New Shea Butter Product...

In the early 1980’s, L’OCCITANE was one of the very first cosmetics laboratories to develop a complete skincare range made with shea butter. It went on to become one of their best sellers with versatile formulas to suit all skin types. In Burkina Faso, women make shea butter by hand. While one might expect this hands-on technique to weaken and damage the skin, in reality it leaves it incredibly supple. L’OCCITANE discovered that shea butter is particularly rich in Omega 6, Karitene and Vitamin E. These active elements have exceptional properties and help to moisturise, nourish and protect the skin every day.

Now launching a new Light Comforting Cream, this is the latest face cream to join the collection is enriched with 5% shea butter. This lighter texture is ideal for normal or combination skin, providing essential hydration and protection for everyday use. Available from the 15th January, there will also be a Cleansing Oil, Cleansing Milk and Gentle Toner.

Also offering customers a Shea Essentials gift set for just £14 when you spend £30 or more, you will receive a fantastic array of goodies including, Shea Rose Hand Cream, Shea Butter Conditioner, Shea Soap Milk and a gorgeous L'Occitane pouch.
