Hidden gardens of Bury St Edmunds...
Gross & Co Solicitors are once again co-sponsoring this annual event, and will also be opening its own garden to visitors.
2016 marks the 30th year that Hidden Gardens has been held in Bury St Edmunds. All proceeds from the event go to St Nicholas Hospice and over the last 29 years almost £300,000 has been raised.
Hidden Gardens gives green-fingered enthusiasts the chance to explore the secret world of our town centre’s hideaways and to be inspired and delighted by what they find. Thirty gardens will be open this year, and will provide visitors with an enchanting array of courtyards, lawns, borders, kitchen gardens and greenhouses.
Elizabeth Hodder, Partner at Gross & Co Solicitors (and keen gardener), says ‘My firm is delighted to be co-sponsoring this event once again. It brings together two subjects very dear to my heart – raising money for one of our vital local charities, and being fortunate enough to peak behind many garden walls in the town centre to see what other fellow gardeners have been doing for the last year. Our garden will once again be open and we hope that many of our clients and contacts will be able to visit us on the day.
