Gross & Co support The Brain Tumour Charity...
Today, Friday 4 March 2016, Gross & Co Staff are wearing Bandanas to work in support of ‘Bandanas for Brain Tumours Day’ for The Brain Tumour Charity.
‘Bandanas for Brain Tumours’ takes place every year and aims to raise the profile of The Brain Tumour Trust and to raise funds to accelerate research into this devastating disease.
By wearing our Bandanas and making a donation, we hope to help the Trust reach their goal of raising £100,000 for research into early diagnosis. The money could help fund research at the University of Cambridge, the University of Edinburgh and the University of Nottingham into early diagnosis for children and adults.
Elizabeth Hodder, Head of the Family Law team, said “The Brain Tumour Charity struggles for recognition against larger, more popular causes. This is the third year we have supported the BT charity’s fund raising drive. It brings a little fun into the workplace on an otherwise dull Friday in March! Every member of staff wearing a bandana makes a donation into our collecting tin. We even encourage our pets to don a bandana or two and pose for the camera, for a bit of added fun.”
