Youth Theatre Assistant Leader

The Creative Learning department at Theatre Royal is committed to providing young people across Suffolk with the opportunity to learn from highly experienced Theatre Practitioners, watch performances from some of the leading children’s theatre companies internationally, get on stage and perform and build confidence in a familiar and friendly environment.

The role available is required to assist the Youth Theatre Assistant Leader ( on a casual basis – fixed term projects)

The Youth Theatre Assistant Leader will support Youth Theatre Leaders in the running of the regular Youth Theatre and SENsory Youth Theatre sessions, supporting the creative process and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the participants. This post would be an ideal opportunity for someone who is on their first steps into drama facilitation and is looking to extend their experience.
