Duties

• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Upsell menu items to maximise guest satisfaction and sales opportunities
• Ensure food safety standards are adhered to at all times during service
• Clear tables promptly and efficiently, maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing any queries or concerns promptly and courteously
• Maintain a clean, organised work station in compliance with health and safety regulations

Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant service is essential
• Be able to multitask
• Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and sales
• Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and guests seamlessly
• Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and evenings as required
