Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Club supervisor to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality sector – As supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of the club, maintaining the highest standards of service, and delivering an unforgettable experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure exceptional service delivery across all departments.

Manage and motivate a team of hospitality professionals.

Address and resolve any member concerns or issues promptly and effectively.

help coordinate events and functions, ensuring they run smoothly and exceed member expectations.

Maintain the club’s high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and overall ambiance.

Implement and uphold club policies and procedures.

Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a supervisor role.

Very good all-round admin skills

Organised, ability to multi-task and prioritise

Excellent communication skills, very well spoken and immaculately presented

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Very good at rapport building- members, guests & colleague’s
