Hotel Receptionist
Angel HotelWe are seeking an experienced Receptionist to deliver an exceptional, luxury-level service to our guests. The successful candidate will have previous hotel experience, a polished and professional manner, and a genuine passion for high-end hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional, and personalised welcome to all guests
- Handle guest requests efficiently, discreetly, and to the highest standard
- Manage all keys and front desk operations
- Process guest accounts, handle payments, balance floats, and ensure accurate banking
- Report any discrepancies to the Duty Manager
- Take and manage reservations, maintaining accurate records on the system
- Liaise closely with Housekeeping to ensure seamless check-ins and special guest requirements
- Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations
- Ensure the Reception area is presented immaculately at all times
- Maintain and update repeat and VIP guest profiles
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel reception role is essential
- Impeccable presentation and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A passion for delivering outstanding luxury guest experiences
Working Hours
This role includes shift work, evenings, and weekends.
