Full Time Store Assistant

Time2Vape Ltd is East Anglia’s leading retailer of electronic cigarette products and E-juices.

We are looking for a full time Store Assistant to join our team in Bury St Edmunds town centre. This will include weekend work and will be for 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• To provide exemplary customer service to all customers
• Deal effectively with customer needs and issues.
• Continuously keeping up to date with product knowledge
• Increasing sales
• Keeping the display of E-juice, E-cigarettes and accessories to the highest standard
• Promotion of services and products
• Handling monies and using tills
• Ensuring the store is clean and presentable

Experience/Skills

• Knowledge of E-Cigarettes
• Retail experience
• Setting high standards in customer service
• Hardworking
• Reliable
• Flexible and adaptable
• Commercially aware
• Communication
• Driving Licence
