Full Time Store Assistant

Time2Vape Ltd is East Anglia’s leading retailer of electronic cigarette products and E-juices.

We are looking for an additional full time Store Assistant to join our existing team in our fast paced and busy Bury St Edmunds shop. This will include weekend work and will be for 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• To provide exemplary customer service to all customers
• Deal effectively with customer needs and issues.
• Continuously keeping up to date with product knowledge
• Increasing sales
• Keeping the display of E-juice, E-cigarettes and accessories to the highest standard
• Promotion of services and products
• Handling monies and using tills
• Ensuring the store is clean and presentable

• Retail experience
