Cook/Kitchen Assistant

We’re looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our team.

We’re a Modern Fried Chicken Company based in Bury St Edmunds. With a Takeaway in the town centre, we also run events, weddings and festivals. We’re primarily looking for a new team member for our shop, with the option for extra hours with our events team.

We work in a fluid kitchen, where all staff can take on any role within the team. Over time the candidate will be trained in all sections of the kitchen, from prepping, to cooking, to making milkshakes.

Experience working in a kitchen and/or fast paced environment is necessary. Full training will be provided regardless.

Enthusiasm and interest for food is a must.

The candidate must have a good level of customer service – our kitchen is open and customer facing.

Hours available from Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays (No early mornings)

Must be available – Fridays & Saturdays – and evenings.

Part time OR Full time available. (No 0 Hour Contracts!)

Short & Long Shifts available.
