Cocktail Bar Staff

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to the overall guest experience.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and responding to inquiries promptly.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic math skills for billing.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain service quality.

Skills

• Strong hospitality skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure health standards are met.
• Previous restaurant experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders accurately.
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £12.42-£20.00 per hour
