Assistant Kitchen Manager

We are an independent restaurant in Bury St Edmunds. We are looking for a talented, passionate and food obsessed Assistant Kitchen Manager to assist the Kitchen Manager here in our Bury St Edmunds store.

As the Assistant Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the entire team delivers their best, shift after shift. From the ordering of ingredients to the dishes being placed on the pass, you will have your eye on every detail. You will be aware of targets and budgets and always be on the look out for an opportunity to make things better and more efficient. With safety at the forefront of your mind, you will need to have a passion for the hiring, training and development of your team.

We have a very fair tips policy at Gastrono-Me, all our team gets ALL our tips. This position will come with a Salary of £30,000 PLUS tips . The last annual gratuity value, paid fortnightly, was an EXTRA £5,000 gross per annum.
