Food & Drink Festival Expert Profile: Wagamama
Posted on Friday, 25th August, 2017
Wagamama will be on stage at the Stoves Cookery Theatre at the Bury St Edmunds Food & Drink Festival on Monday 28th August at 4pm showcasing their Japanese-inspired dishes. More about Wagamama below…
Wagamama began back in 1992 in London where it was borne out of inspiration from fast-paced Japanese Ramen bars. At the heart of everything they do is the philosophy of ‘kaizen’ which means ‘good change’.
They try to inject this good change into every dish they make to create a unique way of eating that celebrates the fresh, colourful and vibrant flavours of Asian cuisine.
Since then, Wagamama has spread across the country with its fantastic menu of Asian-inspired dishes from rice and noodles to salads and sharable sides, to sake and Asian beers.
Whatever your tastes, you’ll be able to find an Asian-inspired delight at Wagamama, freshly prepared and served as soon as it’s ready.
