Get ready for the return of our FREE two-day Bury St Edmunds Food and Drink Festival, taking place in Suffolk’s Foodie Capital on Sunday, 24th August, and Monday, 25th August, 10am to 5pm.
Enjoy live food and drink demonstrations at the Cookery Theatre in Cornhill from your favourite local chefs, eateries and wine and cocktail specialists.
Explore the Farmers’ Market on Angel Hill and indulge in a variety of delicious treats. Plus, don’t forget about the FREE street entertainment and so much more for kids and families to enjoy together.

Yes, our Bury St Edmunds Food and Drink Festival is a FREE-admission event. Tickets are not required and there is no ticketing system in place, so please be careful and ignore anyone trying to sell you tickets on social media.
Dogs are welcome at our Bury St Edmunds Food and Drink Festival, however, we kindly remind all dog owners to keep their furry friends on a lead and ensure they stay cool and hydrated, during the summer heat.
The First Point is located on Abbeygate Street at the junction with the Buttermarket.
If you do not live within walking distance of the Bury St Edmunds town centre, there are plenty of car parks and access to public transport.
Long-stay car parks such as, Parkway multi-storey, Ram Meadow, St. Andrews Long Stay, and Olding Road are all available.
