James Carn, Head Chef at The Angel Hotel will be demonstrating how to create some of his award-winning dishes at the Bury St Edmunds Food & Drink Festival on Monday 28th August at 2pm. Find out more about The Angel Hotel below.

The Eaterie Restaurant at the AA Rosette Angel Hotel is a contemporary destination with a relaxed atmosphere in which to enjoy some of the best food around.

The winning team in the kitchen boasts not only Suffolk Chef of the Year 2016, James Carn, but also the 2017 winner, David Coyne. In addition Young Chef of the Year 2016 winner, Max Cameron and 2017 Finalist, Luke Cornelius also call the Angel home.

With a focus on local produce, the kitchen like to surprise the palate with interesting culinary twists that offer something pleasantly different.

Whether it’s the freshly-baked bread prepared in house or the 30 varieties of quality wines served by the glass, it’s easy to see how much care is taken over creating the perfect taste.
