Return of the Timelords...

 

Photo opportunity: 10.30am Saturday 27 October.  Join lookalike David Tennant, (the tenth Dr Who),  Peter Purves (one of the first Doctor’s assistants)  Daleks and other characters  who have returned to Moyse’s Hall for a week of displays, memorabilia, ‘Angel’ Halloween walk and a special evening with Davros.

 

October half term (27/28 October – 3/4 November) sees Dr Who and a variety of related characters from the ‘Weeping Angels’ through to Cybermen and Daleks return to Moyse’s Hall. Be alert on the streets as well!  With the main event taking place over 27/28 October, Peter Purves, one of the original assistants will be signing autographs and talking about his part in the long running series.   Re-visit costumes and memorabilia throughout the week when they will remain on display, join a Family Halloween Walk and watch out for the ‘eyes’ around the galleries, especially those belonging to angels!  An exciting evening is promised on Friday 2 November when actor Terry Molloy (alias Davros)  will be explaining his life as an actor, The Universe and everything, including exterminating a Time-Lord!  The talk will be followed by food and discussions with the man himself.  This evening event costs £20 per person (aged 14 and above) inclusive, but all other events are included with your Heritage Ticket.

Entry is via Heritage Ticket (£7.30 Adults/£5.30 child/£6.30 concessions – family discounts available) which allows repeat visits throughout the year to Moyse’s Hall and West Stow.  Day tickets available for one visit.  Full details available on www.moyseshall.org. or telephone 01284 757160.
