They know that not everyone wants the same thing from a pub. You might want a pint of local real ale at the bar… A bottle of wine and a grazing board on the sofas… A meal in the dining room… A really good coffee and a read of the paper… Take your pick.
If real ale is your thing, look no further. They offer their own Brewshed Best Bitter and Pale Ale plus a couple of guest ales.
They’re passionate about wine and have created a list which offers a selection of old favourites combined with some more unusual and quirky wines. The common theme is that they believe they are all well made wines offering good value for money. Every single one of their wines are available by the glass.
On the food side, the emphasis is on good quality, seasonal produce and, wherever possible, they source it locally. They’ve taken this a step further with smoked salmon as they smoke our own on the premises. They love Sunday lunch and offer a great roast – bring the family or meet up with friends and catch up on your week.
They’re open from noon until late. So if you’re in need of a fairtrade organic coffee in the afternoon, you know where to come.
